Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 box penne pasta (I suggest Barilla)
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup white wine (I suggest Clos du Bois Chardonnay)
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (fresh and grated)
- salt and pepper
Instruction
- Cook your pasta according to the package, drain and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a large pot. Once the butter is melted add the garlic and cook 1 minute.
- Stir in the cream and wine. Cook 2-3 minutes, stirring to avoid the milk from burning.
- Add the pasta and Parmesan and stir until cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
