Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 pound butter ((2 sticks) unsalted, at room temperature)
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 2/3 cups milk

Instruction

  • Close the waffle maker and heat it up well. 
  • In a bowl whisk the flour with the baking powder. 
  • In another bowl, add the eggs and whisk them with sugar, butter and milk. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and whisk. 
  • Pour about 3 tbsp of batter into the middle of the waffle maker and close. Bake each waffle for about 3 minutes until it becomes golden-brown.
  • Place the baked waffles on a plate and repeat with remaining batter. 
  • Serve with maple syrup, fruit, whipped cream or Nutella.
