Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 pound butter ((2 sticks) unsalted, at room temperature)
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 2/3 cups milk
Instruction
- Close the waffle maker and heat it up well.
- In a bowl whisk the flour with the baking powder.
- In another bowl, add the eggs and whisk them with sugar, butter and milk. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and whisk.
- Pour about 3 tbsp of batter into the middle of the waffle maker and close. Bake each waffle for about 3 minutes until it becomes golden-brown.
- Place the baked waffles on a plate and repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve with maple syrup, fruit, whipped cream or Nutella.
