- 1/2 large lemon (juiced (approx 2.5 tablespoons))
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Vegan Parmesan Cheese
Instruction
- Add all your ingredients to a powerful blender and process on high until smooth and creamy. Continue processing to ensure there are no loose cashew bits. Add 2-3 tablespoons of vegan parmesan cheese if desired.
- Serve with your favourite noodles or veggies.
