Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 large lemon (juiced (approx 2.5 tablespoons))
  • 3/4 cup hot water
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Vegan Parmesan Cheese

Instruction

  • Add all your ingredients to a powerful blender and process on high until smooth and creamy. Continue processing to ensure there are no loose cashew bits. Add 2-3 tablespoons of vegan parmesan cheese if desired.
  • Serve with your favourite noodles or veggies.
