Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2¼ cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups chocolate chips ((I just throw in two handfuls))

Instruction

  • In large bowl, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
  • Slowly add flour, salt, and baking soda, beating until well blended.
  • Stir in chocolate chips by hand.
  • Spread in greased 14 inch round cake pan. Personally, I like to cover in foil and then grease the foil. It makes removing the cookie cake much easier.
  • Bake at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes. Cool cookie in pan on a cooling rack and then remove and place on a pizza pan.
  • Decorate and enjoy.
