Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1/2 cup creamy natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 2 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1/2 cup Silk Unsweetened Coconutmilk
  • chopped peanuts (optional garnish)

Instruction

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, curry paste, lime juice and fish sauce until smooth.
  • Slowly drizzle in the Silk Unsweetened Coconutmilk and whisk until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve with veggies or as a dip for grilled meats, fresh rolls and more.
