The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 1/2 cup creamy natural peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium)
- 2 tablespoons red curry paste
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1/2 cup Silk Unsweetened Coconutmilk
- chopped peanuts (optional garnish)
Instruction
- In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, curry paste, lime juice and fish sauce until smooth.
- Slowly drizzle in the Silk Unsweetened Coconutmilk and whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Serve with veggies or as a dip for grilled meats, fresh rolls and more.
