- 1 cup pure tahini sesame seed paste (stirred well with its natural oils)
- 1 cup vegetable stock
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (depending on taste)
- 3 cloves fresh garlic
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- For garnish: freshly chopped cilantro
Instruction
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients. Process on high until mixture is thoroughly combined and smooth. If it's too thick, add a bit of water until the sauce/dip reaches desired consistency. Serve with fresh veggies, root chips, or as a condiment for your meal (it's wonderful with chickenshawarma.)
