The following ingredients have 8 Servings

- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 10 garlic cloves (peeled and chopped)
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 large fresh basil sprigs (plus about a tablespoon of chopped basil for garnish)
- 12 oz pkg jumbo pasta shells
- 1-3/4 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded and divided)
- 1-1/2 cups Parmesan cheese (grated and divided)
- 2 lbs whole milk ricotta cheese
- 2 large eggs (plus 2 egg yolks, lightly beaten)
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
