Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound pork loin, (sliced very thin)
  • 1 clove garlic, (minced)
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 6 ounces ramen noodles, (any flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, (sliced)

Instruction

  • In a medium saucepan, boil water. Add noodles (not the flavor packet if included) and cook for 3 minutes. Drain the noodles and set them aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil until it sizzles. Add sliced pork and cook until just brown.
  • Add garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  • Add brown sugar, soy sauce, and chili garlic sauce. Stir to combine.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add noodles and stir to combine.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with green onions.
