Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pound pork loin, (sliced very thin)
- 1 clove garlic, (minced)
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
- 6 ounces ramen noodles, (any flavor)
- 1 tablespoon green onions, (sliced)
Instruction
- In a medium saucepan, boil water. Add noodles (not the flavor packet if included) and cook for 3 minutes. Drain the noodles and set them aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil until it sizzles. Add sliced pork and cook until just brown.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add brown sugar, soy sauce, and chili garlic sauce. Stir to combine.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add noodles and stir to combine.
- Serve immediately, garnished with green onions.
