Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- ½ pound bacon
- 30 whole brussels sprouts (trimmed, halved )
- ⅛ teaspoon salt (to taste)
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper (to taste)
Instruction
- Cut off the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow outer leaves. Cut in half if they are particularly large; set aside.
- In a large skillet, fry the bacon over medium-high heat until crisp.
- Remove bacon from the pan carefully, and set aside. Leave grease in the pan.
- Add the brussels sprouts to the skillet, and coat with the bacon grease, and season. Cover the pan and reduce heat to medium; cook for 8 minutes.
- Return the bacon to the pan, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve warm!
