Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 16 ounces salmon (defrosted)
- 1 T taco seasoning
- 4-6 to tortillas
- 1.5 cups red cabbage
- 1.5 cups green cabbage or shredded lettuce
- Cooking spray
- 1 avocado
- ½ cup plain greek yogurt (any fat %)
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Juice from ½ lime
- Salt and pepper
Instruction
- Sprinkle salmon fillets with taco seasoning and pan fry on a nonstick pan until cooked all the way through (or use the George Foreman like I did). (Make sure to spray your pan thoroughly.)
- Make cream sauce by combining ingredients by hand (mashing avocado to combine it) or in a blender.
- Fill each taco with ¼ cup red cabbage, ¼ cup green cabbage or lettuce, 3 ounces of salmon and 1T of avocado sauce. Serve up!
