- 4 6 ounce Salmon Fillets
- 4 Lemon Wedges
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Dried Basil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
Instruction
- Combine salt, garlic powder, and dried basil in a bowl.
- Rub the mixture evenly onto the salmon fillets.
- Melt the butter in a skillet, then add the salmon and cook over medium heat until it is browned (about 5 minutes per side).
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over each salmon fillet to finish them off.
