Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1.5 lbs salmon (divided into 4)
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 Tablespoon of lime juice (about 1 lime's worth)
- 10 oz frozen green beans (fresh would also work)
- 1 clove of garlic (thinly sliced)
- salt/pepper to taste
- 1 Tablespoon of butter (divided into 4 tabs)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400 F degrees.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce and honey. Divided salmon among 4 sheets of foil. Place a salmon filet in the center of each sheet of foil. Brush each filet evenly with soy mixture.
- Squeeze lime juice over each filet, and season with a pinch of salt/pepper. Divided and place green beans and garlic slices on top of each filet. Season beans with salt/pepper to taste and top with a tab of butter.
- Seal foil packets and place on a baking sheet. Bake to 16-20 minutes, until salmon is flaky.
