Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound Ground beef
- 1/3 cup Bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
- 2 teaspoons Ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon Seasoning salt ((or to taste))
- 1 teaspoon Oil
- 2 tablespoons Onion ((diced))
- 2 teaspoon Garlic ((minced))
- 2 cups Water
- 2 packages Brown gravy mix
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Ketchup
Instruction
- Start by adding all ingredients for the patties into a large mixing bowl. Mix together well with hand and form 4 patties. Place in a warm greased pan and cook for 5 minutes on each side medium/low heat. Remove patties from pan and set aside.
- Add oil to the warm pan. Add minced garlic and diced onions to the skillet and allow to cook for 2-3 minutes or until they have become slightly tender and translucent.
- Add water to the pan and bring to a boil. Whisk in gravy mix and mix until well blended. Add Worcestershire sauce and ketchup and mix.
- Place all patties back into your pan with the gravy and allow to cook on low for 2-3 more minutes.
- Serve and enjoy I served mine with mashed potatoes and green beans.
