Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic ( crushed or grated)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 4 corn on the cobs (cut in half)
Instruction
- Preheat your oven to 220C / 200C / gas mark 7 / 425F.
- Mix together the cumin, paprika, chilli, salt, garlic, olive oil and lime juice in a large bowl.
- Add the corn on the cobs and stir to coat thoroughly. (Or, even better, use your hands!)
- Place the corn on the cobs on a large non-stick baking tray, ensuring they are well spread out and in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
