Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 medium head cauliflower, broken into florets (about 5-6 cups)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 425 F.
  • Combine all ingredients into a large bowl or directly into a sheet pan. Toss to combine.
  • Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
