Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 12 ct. small flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil (*can also use cooking spray.)
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 16 oz refried beans
  • 8 oz salsa
  • 2 tbsps. jalapeno (diced )
  • 6 oz sour cream (*can also use Greek yogurt.)
  • 6 oz Mexican shredded cheese blend

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Unwrap tortillas and brush or spray each with oil. Sprinkle each side with sea salt.
  • Bake each tortilla for 5 minutes per side. Tortillas will be golden brown with tiny bubbles.
  • Remove shells from oven and top with beans and cheese. You can optionally warm them in the oven for another 3 minutes to heat the beans and cheese.
  • Finish off tostadas with the fresh produce toppings & sour cream.
