Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 Tablespoon diced shallot
- 1 Tablespoon oil of choice
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tablespoon milk
- Pepper (to taste)
- 2 Tablespoons grated Gruyere cheese
- 1 Tablespoon sliced green onion
Instruction
- Place the chopped bell pepper and diced shallot in the deeper part of the Lékué Omelet maker and pour the oil over the vegetables.
- Close the omelet maker and microwave for 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, whisk together the eggs, milk, and black pepper until well blended.
- Remove the omelet maker and pour the egg/milk mixture into the deeper well to cover the vegetables.
- Return omelet maker to microwave and cook 2 more minutes. The eggs will puff up slightly, but this is normal.
- Flip omelet maker over and cook another 30 seconds.
- Remove omelet from maker (careful, it's hot and steamy!) and place on a plate. Top with gruyere cheese and green onions.
- Enjoy!
