Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 4 potatoes sliced
- 300 g bacon rashers diced
- 1 onion diced
- 300 ml cream
- 2 cups cheese grated *to taste
- 1 cup cheese *to decorate *extra
Instruction
- In a greased, ovenproof dish spread a layer of potatoes over the base.
- Add layers of diced onion, bacon, cream and a handful of cheese.
- Continue until the dish is full, finishing with a generous layer of cheese on top.
- Cook in a moderate oven until potatoes are soft and top is golden brown.
