Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 4 potatoes sliced
  • 300 g bacon rashers diced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 300 ml cream
  • 2 cups cheese grated *to taste
  • 1 cup cheese *to decorate *extra

Instruction

  • In a greased, ovenproof dish spread a layer of potatoes over the base.
  • Add layers of diced onion, bacon, cream and a handful of cheese.
  • Continue until the dish is full, finishing with a generous layer of cheese on top.
  • Cook in a moderate oven until potatoes are soft and top is golden brown.
