Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 5 potato large peeled
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper *to taste
  • 1 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 onion diced
  • 500 ml cream
  • 250 g bacon diced
  • 300 g tasty cheese grated

Instruction

  • Steam potatoes.
  • Place a layer of potatoes in a large, greased oven dish.
  • Season with a little salt, pepper and garlic.
  • Spread potatoes with a light layer of onion, followed by ¼ cup of cream.
  • Repeat steps 2 to 4 until all potatoes are used, making approximately 4 layers.
  • To finish, sprinkle with bacon, then top with cheese.
  • Bake at 180C for 45 minutes. Allow to stand for 15-20 minutes before serving.
