Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 5 potato large peeled
- 1 pinch salt and pepper *to taste
- 1 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 onion diced
- 500 ml cream
- 250 g bacon diced
- 300 g tasty cheese grated
Instruction
- Steam potatoes.
- Place a layer of potatoes in a large, greased oven dish.
- Season with a little salt, pepper and garlic.
- Spread potatoes with a light layer of onion, followed by ¼ cup of cream.
- Repeat steps 2 to 4 until all potatoes are used, making approximately 4 layers.
- To finish, sprinkle with bacon, then top with cheese.
- Bake at 180C for 45 minutes. Allow to stand for 15-20 minutes before serving.
