Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 white onion- minced
  • 3 cups drippings from slow cooker (after you remove your cooked pork shoulder or loin)
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp cold water
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instruction

  • Peel & mince onion
  • Add onions & stock to a saucepan & bring to a boil
  • Mix flour & cold water in a small bowl & whisk until there are no lumps
  • Slowly add flour/water mixture to the saucepan, stirring quickly until it's all mixed in
  • Add in seasonings
  • Turn heat down to a simmer, cover & cook 20-30 minutes or until onions are tender & gravy has thickened.
