The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 28oz can San Marzano plum tomatoes
- 3 oz tomato paste
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Toppings of your choice
Instruction
- Add the canned tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
- Simmer for 10 minutes and then transfer to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Transfer the sauce to a bowl and use right away or store in the refrigerator until needed.
