Ingredients

The following ingredients have 30 Servings
  • 1 pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
  • Italian herb seasoning
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (grated )
  • Olive Oil
  • 14 oz pizza or marinara sauce

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Oil 2 baking sheets or line with parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle flour on a working surface. Unroll pizza dough and spread and roll it flat.
  • Drizzle the dough with olive oil. Sprinkle with Italian herb seasoning and parmesan cheese.
  • Cut the dough into 1/2" strips. Tie the strips into a loose knot and tuck ends. Put knots on the baking sheet and sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for approximately 9 minutes or until the knots are lightly browned, rotating sheet halfway through baking.
  • Remove from the pan immediately.
  • Heat pizza or marinara sauce and serve with knots.
