The following ingredients have 30 Servings
- 1 pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
- Italian herb seasoning
- 1 cup parmesan cheese (grated )
- Olive Oil
- 14 oz pizza or marinara sauce
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Oil 2 baking sheets or line with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle flour on a working surface. Unroll pizza dough and spread and roll it flat.
- Drizzle the dough with olive oil. Sprinkle with Italian herb seasoning and parmesan cheese.
- Cut the dough into 1/2" strips. Tie the strips into a loose knot and tuck ends. Put knots on the baking sheet and sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese.
- Bake for approximately 9 minutes or until the knots are lightly browned, rotating sheet halfway through baking.
- Remove from the pan immediately.
- Heat pizza or marinara sauce and serve with knots.
