Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz jarred pimentos
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup monterey jack cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, minced
  • 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instruction

  • Combine the mayo, cream cheese, pimentos, mustard, dill, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl and combine using a spatula.
  • Add in the 2 cups of cheese and combine once more. 
  • Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and serve with veggies, pork rinds and/or flackers. Enjoy!
  • Best stored in a zip top bag or sealed container up to 10 days.
