- 500 gr potato (peeled)
- 100 gr ground pork/chicken (optional)
- 1 stalk Chinese celery leaves (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp Crispy fried shallots / bawang goreng
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch (add more as needed)
- 1/2 tsp salt (or more to taste)
- 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
- Cooking oil for frying
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 3 Thai chilies
- 1 Tbsp kecap manis
