Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6-8 boneless pork chops
  • 2 teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning (I buy this at Costco)
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instruction

  • Mix seasonings together and sprinkle over both sides of pork chops.
  • Pan fry or heat on a greased griddle with a tablespoon of butter and a teaspoon of canola oil over medium-high heat.
  • Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side and check (with a meat thermometer) to get an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
  • After cooking, let rest for 3 minutes and serve. We like to serve it with applesauce!
