Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 lbs. fresh asparagus
  • olive oil
  • minced garlic
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 lemon

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Place the asparagus into a mixing bowl, and drizzle with the olive oil. Toss to coat the spears, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper & toss to coat again.
  • Then arrange the asparagus onto a baking sheet in a single layer {very important for proper cooking}.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 6 minutes then rotate the asparagus to cook on the other side and cooking for another 6-9 minutes {cooking time varies on the thickness}. Once cooked to tender, sprinkle with lemon juice right before serving.
