Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/3 cup vegan buttery spread (melted, or olive oil, or regular butter)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 18 chicken legs

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line two rimmed cookie sheets with parchment paper. 
  • Place all of the ingredients in a large ziploc bag and seal it. Use your hands to squish the bag around so that the chicken legs get fully coated with the buttery spread and spices.
  • Place the coated chicken legs on the two parchment lined cookie sheets.
  • Bake at 400 degrees F for about 50-55 minutes, or until the chicken legs reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F when taken with a meat thermometer. Turn the chicken legs once halfway through the baking time so that both sides get golden brown.
