- 1 box white cake mix (15.25 oz)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 4 large egg whites
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 sticks unsalted butter, softened (2 cups )
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup finely blended oreos (cream and all)
- 1/2 tbsp milk (if the frosting becomes too thick)
