Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 lbs potatoes
- 1 oz envelope onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- salt to taste
Instruction
- Warm up your skillet over medium heat or electric skillet at 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Peel and slice your potatoes thinly and set them aside.
- Mix together your remaining ingredients.
- Put your potatoes in your skillet, pour seasoning mixture over everything.
- Gently toss your potatoes until they are all coated.
- Cover and cook for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
