Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 lbs potatoes
  • 1 oz envelope onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt to taste

Instruction

  • Warm up your skillet over medium heat or electric skillet at 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Peel and slice your potatoes thinly and set them aside.
  • Mix together your remaining ingredients.
  • Put your potatoes in your skillet, pour seasoning mixture over everything.
  • Gently toss your potatoes until they are all coated.
  • Cover and cook for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
