Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 tbsp butter
- 8 oz baby bella mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 cup onion (diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 2 cups macaroni noodles (or cavatappi noodles)
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese (grated )
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Instruction
- Add the butter to a large pan over medium high heat.
- Once melted, add the mushrooms and onion.
- Saute 5-6 minutes, then add the garlic and saute for an additional minute.
- Add the ground beef and cook through, 6-8 minutes.
- Drain any grease from the beef, then add the salt, pepper and paprika to the pan.
- Pour the beef broth and half-and-half into the pan, then add the noodles.
- Stir everything to combine.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover and cook for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove the lid and stir in the sour cream.
- Top with the parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
