Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 8 oz baby bella mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 cup onion (diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 2 cups macaroni noodles (or cavatappi noodles)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese (grated )
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instruction

  • Add the butter to a large pan over medium high heat.
  • Once melted, add the mushrooms and onion.
  • Saute 5-6 minutes, then add the garlic and saute for an additional minute.
  • Add the ground beef and cook through, 6-8 minutes.
  • Drain any grease from the beef, then add the salt, pepper and paprika to the pan.
  • Pour the beef broth and half-and-half into the pan, then add the noodles.
  • Stir everything to combine.
  • Reduce the heat to low, cover and cook for 20-25 minutes.
  • Remove the lid and stir in the sour cream.
  • Top with the parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
