Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 ¼ cups Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour
- 3 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp coconut oil
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 8 ounces Greek cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- Red and green grapes (cut in half lengthwise)
- Pomegranate arils (seeds)
- Apple slices
Instruction
- Place all of the dry ingredients for the crust in a large bowl and stir. Add the wet ingredients and mix until it becomes crumble. Press the mixture over the bottom and partial up the sides of a 10-inch tart pan.
- To make the filling, stir the cream cheese with powdered sugar. Spread over the crust.
- Arrange fruit over top of cream cheese layer. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
