Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 ¼ cups Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour
  • 3 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 8 ounces Greek cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • Red and green grapes (cut in half lengthwise)
  • Pomegranate arils (seeds)
  • Apple slices

Instruction

  • Place all of the dry ingredients for the crust in a large bowl and stir. Add the wet ingredients and mix until it becomes crumble. Press the mixture over the bottom and partial up the sides of a 10-inch tart pan.
  • To make the filling, stir the cream cheese with powdered sugar. Spread over the crust.
  • Arrange fruit over top of cream cheese layer. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
