  • 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 Tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, cubed and room temp
