The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 tsp grated lemon zest
  • 9 oz fresh refrigerated fettuccine or 12 oz dry (can substitute spaghetti or linguine noodles)
  • 1/2 cup pasta cooking water
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp anchovy paste
  • 1 garlic clove (grated)
  • 1 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 cup green olives (pitted and roughly chopped)
  • 3 Tbsp capers (drained)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
