- 1 garlic clove (grated)
- 1 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 cup green olives (pitted and roughly chopped)
- 3 Tbsp capers (drained)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
