Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 large flatbread (about 7-ounces each)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce (or San Marzano Sauce)
  • 4 ounce mozzarella cheese (sliced 1/2 inch thick)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 medium basil leaves

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Place flatbread on large sheet pan. Brush flatbread with pizza sauce, leaving 1/2-inch border around flatbread uncovered. Top with sliced mozzarella and parmesan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Bake on center rack of oven for 10 - 12 minutes until cheese is melted. Place basil leaves on top, cut and serve.
