Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 large green lettuce leaves, ribs cut out in "v" shape
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped spinach
  • 2 ounces deli roasted turkey lunch meat (I use a no preservative, no nitrate brand)
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked crispy
  • 1/4 medium avocado, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing of your choice

Instruction

  • Lay out lettuce leaves, overlapping. In middle add slices of turkey out flat and top with chopped spinach, tomato slices, avocado slices and bacon (slice or crumbled).
  • Add dressing to middle of these fillings or fill in a take-along condiment cup for dipping.
  • Eat "as-is" or roll up to go on the by building on parchment or wax paper, tightly rolling up lengthwise and twisting of ends to secure contents.
