Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 29-ounce can La Preferida Chickpeas, (drained and rinsed)
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- juice of 1 lime ((about 2 tablespoons))
- 3 tablespoons La Preferida Salsa, ((mild, medium or hot))
- 2 tablespoons La Preferida Jalapeño Nacho Slices with juice, ((mild, medium or hot))
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- pinch of salt
Instruction
- Remove outer layer of chick peas by lightly pinching them between your thumb and index fingers.
- In a large blender or food processor, combine de-shelled chick peas, avocados, and olive oil. Pulse in 5 second increments, until mostly combined, about 30 seconds total.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Add additional jalapeños and juice for more zest if desired. Enjoy!
