Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 large package (5.1 ounces - 6 servings) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups fat-free milk (I used unsweetened coconut milk beverage instead)
  • 1 cup vanilla non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 45 vanilla wafers

Instruction

  • In a medium bowl whisk together the milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes, or until thickened. Stir in the yogurt and whipped topping.
  • Arrange 1/3 of the banana slices in the bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish. Spoon 1/3 of the pudding mixture over the banana. Arrange 15 of the wafers on top of the pudding.
  • Repeat with another 1/3 of the bananas, 1/3 of the pudding and 1/3 of the wafers.
  • Repeat again with the last 1/3 of bananas and pudding.
  • Arrange the last 15 wafers around the edge of the pudding.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
