Ingredients
The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- 450g pkt Madeira cake or sponge cake, broken into pieces
- 420g tub store bought lemon curd
- 1L thick pot set Greek yogurt
- 600ml thickened cream
- 1 lemon, cut into thin, round slices
Instruction
- Crumble half the cake into the base of a 20cm diameter glass trifle bowl.
- Combine lemon curd and yogurt in a bowl and spoon half over the cake.
- Whip cream to soft peaks and spoon half over the lemon custard.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with swirls of cream on top and garnish with lemon slices.
