Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 450g pkt Madeira cake or sponge cake, broken into pieces
  • 420g tub store bought lemon curd
  • 1L thick pot set Greek yogurt
  • 600ml thickened cream
  • 1 lemon, cut into thin, round slices

Instruction

  • Crumble half the cake into the base of a 20cm diameter glass trifle bowl.
  • Combine lemon curd and yogurt in a bowl and spoon half over the cake.
  • Whip cream to soft peaks and spoon half over the lemon custard.
  • Repeat the layers, finishing with swirls of cream on top and garnish with lemon slices.
