  • 200 ml water
  • 400 g lean minced lamb
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 large tomato (deseeded and chopped)
  • 1 red pepper (seeded and chopped)
  • 100 ml natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chopped mint (plus extra mint to sprinkle)
