The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 7 ounces Sugar-Free white chocolate chips
- 7 ounces Sugar-Free semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 7 sugar-free peppermint candies (chopped)
Instruction
- Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl and melt for 30 seconds in the microwave. Remove and stir, then continue to heat them in the microwave in 10 second increments until fully melted.
- Spread in an even layer, the melted chocolate using an offset spatula onto a small baking sheet lined with a Silpat or parchment paper.
- Place in the fridge for a few minutes to set up, while you repeat the same process with the white chocolate chips. Stir in the peppermint extract and allow to cool at room temperature, making sure the chocolate doesn’t solidify.
- Pour the white chocolate over the top of the semi sweet chocolate and spread in an even layer.
- Sprinkle the chopped peppermint candy over the top and place back in the fridge to set up. Allow the bark to firm up before breaking apart.
