Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups pecans (chopped)
  • 2 cups flaked coconut (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup sugar free sweetener ((such as my sweetener or Gentle Sweet))

Instruction

  • Preheat a large skillet over high heat.
  • Add the pecans and coconut and stir for 5 minutes or until they are toasted. Remove the pan from the heat.
  • Add the sweetener to the pan. Stir until it melts and coats the nuts and coconut.
  • Pour onto a piece of greased waxed or parchment paper. Let cool.
