Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups pecans (chopped)
- 2 cups flaked coconut (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup sugar free sweetener ((such as my sweetener or Gentle Sweet))
Instruction
- Preheat a large skillet over high heat.
- Add the pecans and coconut and stir for 5 minutes or until they are toasted. Remove the pan from the heat.
- Add the sweetener to the pan. Stir until it melts and coats the nuts and coconut.
- Pour onto a piece of greased waxed or parchment paper. Let cool.
