Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 cups cauliflower, riced (riced)
- 1 cup Asiago cheese, shredded or grated
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- chopped fresh basil (optional)
Instruction
- In a large saute pan, add the riced cauliflower and 2 tablespoons of water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the cream and cheese and mix until cheese is melted.
- Taste to see if the cauliflower is done.
- Take off the heat and serve. Sprinkle with fresh chopped basil if using.
