Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 cups cauliflower, riced (riced)
  • 1 cup Asiago cheese, shredded or grated
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • chopped fresh basil (optional)

Instruction

  • In a large saute pan, add the riced cauliflower and 2 tablespoons of water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the cream and cheese and mix until cheese is melted.
  • Taste to see if the cauliflower is done.
  • Take off the heat and serve. Sprinkle with fresh chopped basil if using.
