Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 ½ pounds ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon minced onion
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices cheddar cheese (cut into quarters)
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce, sliced tomato, sliced onions, pickles, or your favorite burger toppings
Instruction
- Combine ground turkey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl; mix well.
- Form 8, thin 4-inch wide patties. Place 4 on a work surface and top each with 4 quarters of cheese. Top them with the remaining 4 patties, pinching the edges to form a tight seal.
- Preheat a cast iron skillet (or a grill) to medium heat. Cook burgers until well browned, 5-6 minutes on each side.
- Serve with your favorite toppings on toasted hamburger buns.
