Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 lb beef roast
  • 4 medium Russet potatoes (peeled and cut into wedges)
  • 16 oz bag baby carrots
  • 16 oz bottle Italian dressing
  • salt to taste

Instruction

  • Place your roast in a 6 quart slow cooker.
  • Put your potato wedges and carrots around your roast.
  • Pour your Italian dressing over everything.
  • If desired, salt to taste.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
