Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 30 large shrimp ((600 grams))
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice ((40 grams))
  • 1/2 cup olive oil ((50 grams))
  • 3/4 cup fresh chopped Italian parsley
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1-2 dashes pepper

Instruction

  • Pre-heat oven to 400F  (200C).
  • Clean and devein shrimp, set aside.
  • In a blender or food processor add the lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, salt and pepper and blend until ingredients are well mixed and parsley is finely chopped.
  • Place the shrimp single layer on a cookie sheet, drizzle with sauce and cover with parchment paper (keeps the shrimp from drying) and bake for approximately 8-10 minutes or shrimp are cooked. Serve immediately, Enjoy!
