The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1/4 cup (1.875-ounces) dark brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 Tablespoon ground cumin
- 1/2 Tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 Tablespoon paprika
- 1/2 Tablespoon Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3 pounds boneless pork butt, trimmed of thick fat and cut into 4 pieces (See Tip 1)

- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth, divided
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup favorite barbecue sauce (See Tip 3)
