Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 inches pita bread (6 wide)
- 3/4 cup Sabra Classic Hummus
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup tomato (seeded and diced)
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon za'atar spice
- Olive oil
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 550 degrees F.
- Spread the hummus on top of the pita bread.
- Add the red onion, diced tomato and feta cheese spreading evenly over the hummus.
- Season with the za'atar spice and drizzle the whole flat bread lightly with some olive oil.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 7-8 minutes or more if you prefer the pita bread with some char around the edges.
- Slice and serve at once.
