Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ((optional))

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
  • Whisk until the cream reaches stiff peaks.
  • Use right away or store refrigerated in an air-tight container for up to 2 days.  When ready, re-whisk for about 30 seconds.
