Ingredients

The following ingredients have 24 Servings
  • 1 kg beef steak, minced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 420 g mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup teriyaki marinade
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp spice mix
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper *to taste
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 6 sheets puff pastry
  • 2 tbs Italian mixed herbs *to decorate

Instruction

  • Blend eggs, onion, vegetables, marinade and all spices together, then add to the mince. Mix thoroughly and add enough breadcrumbs to soak up the liquid in the mix.
  • Roll out the mixture as thick or as thin as desired.
  • Cover sausage mixture with pastry and cut each roll into 4 party sausage rolls, or as desired.
  • Place on trays and brush with a little water. Sprinkle each sausage roll with mixed herbs or Italian herbs.
  • Cook at 180C for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.
