Ingredients

The following ingredients have 25 Servings
  • 2 29-oz. cans whole peeled tomatoes including juice
  • 1 medium onion (diced)
  • 1 or 2 fresh jalapeno peppers (seeded and sliced (add heat as desired))
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. garlic salt (or more to taste)

Instruction

  • Put all ingredients in blender and mix for a very short time—only until all the ingredients have been combined.
  • Taste and then add anything as needed.
  • Makes about 2 quarts salsa.
