Ingredients
The following ingredients have 25 Servings
- 2 29-oz. cans whole peeled tomatoes including juice
- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 1 or 2 fresh jalapeno peppers (seeded and sliced (add heat as desired))
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. garlic salt (or more to taste)
Instruction
- Put all ingredients in blender and mix for a very short time—only until all the ingredients have been combined.
- Taste and then add anything as needed.
- Makes about 2 quarts salsa.
